We are a law and tax office with the goal to advise and procedurally represent our clients with most possible care and work input above average. Additionally to professional competence we are willing to not terminate any investigation without checking all contingencies. Possibilities and risks are to be considered realistic and to be weighed up in every situation, but that should not block the search for alternatives.
Because of that we mainly concentrate on those fields of law in which well-established knowledge and practical experience are the foundation for best-possible representation of interests. We attach great importance to the joined care-taking and handling of our clients in office as well as in consultance with extern specialists. Constant exchange of information with colleagues of all different fields of law, continuous advanced training and adjustment to the continual change in the needs of counselling and regulation is of great importance to us.
We are legal advisers. This occupation includes consultancy and legal representation in and out of court in equal parts. At the same time law admits or even opens scope for arrangement. That’s why, next to arguing for legal positions, consistant and well-timed conduct of negotiations is essential for asserting the interests and claims of our clients.
Effective service is always the centre of our work, but it should not only be guided by the results, long-term aspects to achieve the individual goals of our clients have to be considered as well.
