In a given case, our fees are determined by the RVG, which is the Federal Code for Lawyer’s Fees, and which you may examine on our page "legal notices". Alternatively our fees are determined by way of special contract. If you are interested in our services we will provide further information upon request.

In addition to inquiries of every kind you can also grant a mandate per e-mail. Please note however, that e-mails are about as confidential as a post card. For this reason there is no guarantee of a reliable protection for transmitted information.

Moreover, please observe that if you mandate us per e-mail, a contract for services under the exclusive use of telecommunications means is concluded at that point of time, at which the contents of the given e-mail under normal circumstances are expected to be read. Thus, if you are a consumer pursuant to § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), a so-called remote sales contract is concluded.

In this case, the consumer has in compliance to §§ 312d, 355 BGB (German Civil Code) a right to revocation. This right of revocation expires prematurely only in the case of § 312d n° 3 BGB (German Civil Code).

We have the relevant legal clauses readily available for your disposal here. If you are a consumer in the legal sense and should appoint us per e-mail, then upon reception of your e-mail we will send you a written instruction of your right to revocation per standard mail.
