With a team of seven lawyers, thereof six specialists in employment law, we are one of the bigger teams among the employment law focussed law firms in Munich.

We advise in employment law in all areas nation wide, and we also advise international clients in employment law. Predominantly on the side of entrepreneurs but as well engaged on the side of employee representation and employees, we know both sides and we see no contradiction in representing employers and employees. We speak the language of employers and employees and consider it as an advantage to be able to comprehend both perspectives. This, and also the long time experience of our employment law specialists, makes us strong for negotiations. Almost all of our employment law specialists have a major law firm background and communicate without any problems in English.  With the representation of executives and entities (in particular CEOs, managing directors, board of directors) in negotiations of contracts and also dissolution contracts, we created a reputation for ourselves even on an international level. If cross-boarder employment law issues arise, we engage considerable foreign partners that are also specialized in employment law. Tax law relevant aspects will be taken care of by our first-class tax law team under the direction of Joachim Menz, attorney and specialist and tax law. The adjacent commercial and corporate division under the direction of Sanjay Bakshi, attorney and specialist in commercial and corporate law, complements our expertise. This is how we can live up to our own ambition to provide fast first-class and transparent advice and representation outside of big units in the field of employment law.
