Social insurance law and especially contribution law are major parts of expertise of our attorneys' and specialists' in Munich. We advise in the area of social insurance law especially in the area of international contractual relationships and are with international regulations (e.g. EEC decree 1408/71) as familiar as with all other social insurance treaties. We advise on an ongoing basis the duty of social insurance of national and international legal entities especially of managing directors of German limited liability companies - GmbHs, board of managing directors and supervisory board of German stock corporation - AGs.
